Attorney
Ivan M. Lefkowitz is the founder and president of the law firm
of Lefkowitz, Shaw & Sentner
Mr. Lefkowitz received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Accounting from the University of Central Florida and practiced
as a Certified Public Accountant for several years before obtaining
a Juris Doctor (Law Degree) cum laude from the University of Miami
School of Law. He
also received a Master of Laws Degree in Estate Planning.
Mr. Lefkowitz was admitted to
the Florida Bar in 1979 and is a Board Certified Tax Attorney. He is a member of the Real
Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section and the Tax Section of the Florida
Bar.
Mr. Lefkowitz is a frequent lecturer at programs and
seminars on corporate fringe benefits, financial planning and estate
planning. He practices
primarily in the areas of Federal tax law, estate planning, deferred
compensation and pensions, corporate and business law.
